Billie-Jo’s Journey to South Korea
We’re super proud to share the wonderful things our Nurtur students are up to, and this time, it’s Canterbury Hall resident Billie-Jo Holmes.
Billie-Jo is a Brownie Guide Leader. She works amongst the guiding community at the Middleford Brownies Unit in the Lancashire Northwest Division.
Selected as one of the very few representatives, Billie-Jo will travel to South Korea for two weeks next year to take on a number of challenges, including immersing herself in different cultures and faiths and developing her skills alongside making international friends.
To take on the challenge, Billie-Jo must raise £3,000. She is fundraising alongside her studies as a master’s studies, which we know must be demanding but we’re sure it will be all worth it.
