- New customers who book a room at Nurtur House or Canterbury Hall with Nurtur Student Living will, subject to these Terms and Conditions, be entitled to receive cashback off their rent.
- A promotional offer of £150 cashback is available to new direct bookings only at Nurtur House Sheffield, and Canterbury Hall Preston, made from 13th November 2024 to 1st July 2025. The cashback will be deducted from the total rent value.
- Customers will only qualify for the eligible cashback once their 2025/26 booking status has been moved to current, the cancellation period has passed, and they have checked in to their building by 31st October 2025. For a booking status to move to complete, the customer’s tenancy agreement must have been completed in accordance with its terms.
- Have booked a minimum of a 44-week tenancy at Nurtur House Sheffield and a 51 week tenancy at Canterbury Hall Preston. Starting from 6th September 25 at NSL.
- You must enter ‘NEW150’ in the PROMO field at the time of completing your booking. Offer cannot be applied retrospectively.
- Bookings made without a valid Code will not be eligible to receive benefits of the Offer.
- The Offer is only applicable to You and is non-transferable. In cases where a room is booked with dual occupancy, only the lead booker is eligible for the Offer.
- If you request to be released from your tenancy agreement and we accept such request (“Tenancy Release”), we reserve the right to rescind this cashback offer and/or deduct the value of any cashback payment received from any Tenancy Release related refund.
- The Offer is issued on a per property basis and is not transferable between NSL properties.
- Cashback payment will be taken off your final rent instalment or the total annual figure.
- The decision to pay the Offer is at the absolute discretion of NSL.
- The Offer is subject to availability, and NSL reserve the right to withdraw, modify or substitute the Offer for another with different terms at any time and without notice during this promotion. Offers do not apply to Tenancy Takeovers. Management will not be liable for any loss or damages as a result of participating in this incentive.
