Join us every Monday evening in the Calm Room for a group workout with Jermaine from Oh Wow Coaching.

Don’t worry if you’re a beginner when it comes to workouts, Jermaine will work to your pace and help you to improve week after week.

This class is free to attend, just let us know you’re coming so we can bring enough equipment. Please wear comfy clothes and trainers, and bring a water bottle so you can stay hydrated at our water stations.

Please note, all attendees must complete our PAR-Q form in reception to gain access to the Gymnasium and fitness classes. Once you’ve completed the form, you will have unlimited access for the length of your tenancy.
