Recipe of the Month in March – Chicken Naan Wrap
Join the riddle in reception this week and you could win the entire ingredients to make this easy recipe.
2 x 150g packs Chicken Pakoras
2 x 2-packs Plain Naans
35g shredded Iceberg Lettuce
20g Sliced Red Onion
2 tbsp Raita Dip
Step 1: Heat your chicken pakoras as per the instructions on the packet.
Step 2: Microwave your naan as per the instructions, then place it on a board and use a rolling pin to flatten slightly.
Step 3: Top the naan with your shredded Iettuce, and add a quarter of the pakoras with your red onion.
Step 4: Drizzle over the raita dip, then repeat with the remaining naan wraps.
