Sweet and Sour Chicken Noodles
– 400g chicken thighs
– 150g fine rice noodles
– 200g sugar snap peas
– 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– 2 tsp chilli jam
Step 1: Chop the chicken into 2cm pieces, and cook in a pan until golden.
Step 2: Once crispy, remove from heat and set aside.
Step 3: Meanwhile, cook the noodles in boiling salted water.
Step 4: Halve the sugar snaps lengthways, and remove and drain the noodles once soft.
Step 5: Stir the Worcestershire sauce and chilli jam into the drained noodles, then dish up to serve.
