January 2025’s Winner
Natasha Chetter
Natasha has only been with us since July 2024, but has already made such an impact with her team, her students and the wider Nurtur Student Living family. She is keenly focussed on her goals, and has consistently displayed a high level of organisation and exceptional time management and prioritisation. Natasha often anticipates what may be asked of her, and meets or beats her deadlines. She is a fantastic communicator, with both her team and manager; her proactive approach helps us to find solutions to issues before they escalate.
Natasha balances her ambitious and driven mindset with a huge amount of compassion for both her team and students, and she has coped extremely well in a role that she hasn’t done before, and which requires a vast range of skills. She is respected and well-liked by her team, and goes out of her way to support and advocate for them. The same care is extended to her students; she will always make time for anyone that might be struggling, or who just needs someone to talk to, and her residents have let us know that they feel really well looked after by her and her team.
