- Students who book a Garden or Penthouse Room at Nurtur House with Nurtur Student Living will, subject to these Terms and Conditions, be entitled to receive two weeks rent free (equivalent to £400).
- This promotional offer is available to new bookings made from 17th January 2020 to 8th February 2020. This offer is available on a limited number of bookings and may end before 8th February 2020.
- The two weeks rent total of £400, will be deducted from the total rent value. If you choose to pay in 1 instalment, the £400 will be deducted from the full payment. If you choose to pay in instalments, the £400 will be deducted from the final instalment payment.
- Students will only qualify for 2 weeks free rent once their 2020/21 booking status has been moved to complete and the cancellation period has passed. For a booking status to move to complete, the student’s tenancy agreement must have been completed in accordance with its terms. Where applicable, the guarantor must also have signed the agreement.
- The offer is not to be used in conjunction with any current cashback offer offered by Nurtur Student Living. You may however use the New Year Garden Room and Penthouse Promotion in conjunction with the Win Your Accommodation for the Year and Refer a Friend.
