Recipe of the Month – Crusty Chorizo Ciabatta

Fancy making a Crusty Chorizo Ciabatta using just 5 simple ingredients? Yes please!


– 2 ciabattas
– 150g pack of cooking chorizo, halved
– 70g pesto
– 200g roasted red peppers (jar)
– Rocket


Step 1: Pre-heat your oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Put your ciabattas in to warm up.
Step 2: Cook the chorizo in a griddle pan on a medium until cooked through on either side.
Step 3: Cut open your ciabatta and spread your pesto on the bottom.
Step 4: Layer with red peppers, then the chorizo, then scatter over the rocket.
Step 5: Cut to serve, and enjoy!
