Recipe of the Month – Garlic Chicken Parcels

Get cooking in October with our recipe of the month, with five or fewer ingredients.

To make Garlic Chicken Parcels, you’ll need:


– 2 Chicken Breasts
– 320g sheet of All Butter Puff Pastry
– 150g Garlic & Herb Philadelphia
– 1tbsp Olive Oil
– 200g mix of Green Beans and Broccoli


Step 1: Heat the oven to 220°C / 200°C Fan / Gas Mark 7. Then slice each chicken breast halfway and bash with a rolling pin to flatten.
Step 2: Cut your pastry sheet in half, then sit a chicken breast on top of each on a baking tray.
Step 3: Cram the chicken breast centres with your Philadelphia, season, then fold the pastry edges shut and pinch the edges.
Step 4: Flip each parcel over, brush with oil, and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Step 5: Steam your vegetable mix, and serve alongside your Garlic Chicken Parcels
