Recipe of the Month – Lamb Koftas

Welcome to the first Recipe of the Month of the academic year! We’re making Lamb Koftas…
Ingredients:

– 500g lamb mince
– 1 tsp ground cumin
– 2 tsp ground coriander
– 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
– 1 tbsp chopped mint

Method:

Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until blended.
Step 2: Divide into eight balls, then roll into oval shapes.
Step 3: Put onto metal skewers and brush lightly with oil.
Step 4: Heat a pan and then cook the koftas until well sealed.
Step 5: Season as you wish, and serve.
