Recipe of the Month – Meatless January

Join in Meatless Monday with our tasty 5-ingredients recipe of the month in January!

How delicious do these Toaster-dillas sound?!

Did you know that going meat-free for one day a week can provide lots of benefits?

Including reducing the risk of heart disease, reducing the risk of diabetes, and it may even help promote better brain health!

Ingredients:

– 2 flour tortillas
– 60g refried beans
– 85g shredded Mexican four-cheese blend
– Jalapenos
– Soured Cream

Method:

Step 1: Lay your tortillas flat and spread your refried beans down the middle leaving space to fold.
Step 2: Sprinkle your cheese on top and your jalapenos, and then fold it in half, and half again.
Step 3: Pop your folded tortillas in the toaster on medium heat.
Step 4: Serve with soured cream and enjoy!
