Recipe of the Month – Prawn Linguine
Welcome to our very first recipe of the month! Each month, we’ll be bringing you a super easy recipe that will be five or less ingredients.
Plus, keep an eye out for events in your building where you can win the ingredients for the month! First up, it’s a delicious Prawn Linguine.
– 375g dried linguine
– 50g butter
– 700g prawns
– 430g tomato pasta sauce
– Parsley leaves
Step 1: Cook pasta as per pack instructions. Drain, retaining 50ml of the water.
Step 2: Melt half the butter in a frying pan, then add the prawns until cooked.
Step 3: Add the sauce and bring to a simmer, then cook for 5 mins.
Step 4: Add pasta, pasta water, and remaining butter to the pan.
Step 5: Toss to combine on a low heat, then serve with parsley garnish.
