This offer is open to any student who has already booked a studio with Nurtur House, Nurtur Student Living for the 2020/21 year.
- This offer is open from 9am on 1st November 2019 to 5.30pm on 31 August 2020 (“Entry Period”).
- Qualifying customers will receive a £50 Amazon eGift Card for each friend they refer during the Entry Period. The friend will also receive a £50 Amazon eGift Card when they check into their booking.
- To qualify a customer and their friend must book a studio with Nurtur Student Living for the 2020/21 academic year, both the referred friend and original customer must satisfy all the following conditions:
- complete a room booking with Nurtur House for the 2020/21 academic year during the Entry Period;
- be aged 18 years or older at the start of the 2020/21 tenancy period and undertaking a course of study at an institution of further and/or higher education in the United Kingdom during the 2020/21 academic year;
- check-in to the accommodation at the start of the 20/21 tenancy period; and
- be living with Nurtur Student Living on 21 October 2020 with a valid tenancy agreement and without having given Nurtur Student Living notice of cancellation.
- For a booking to complete both the friend and the original customer must have accepted the terms and conditions of Nurtur Student Livings 2020/21 tenancy agreement, paid the deposit (if any) and any applicable cooling off or cancellation period must have expired without the friend or the original customer giving Nurtur Student Living notice of cancellation. Internet access is required. Bookings that complete after 5.30pm on 31 August 2020 will not qualify for this offer.
- The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to customers whose friends have already booked a room with Nurtur Student Living for the 2020/21 academic year.
- Rooms are subject to availability.
- This offer excludes bookings for the 2020/21 academic year referred through a nomination agreement or a referral agreement or an agent.
- Amazon eGift Cards will be emailed to qualifying customers within two weeks of 21 October 2020.
- The Amazon eGift Card is personal to the qualifying customer and is non-transferable.
- Nurtur Student Living reserves the right to substitute the Amazon eGift Card with an alternative gift card of equal value if for any reason it is unable to procure a Amazon eGift Card. No cash alternative is available.
- There is no limit to the number of friends that customers may refer to Nurtur Student Living. However, a customer cannot benefit from this offer if the friend they have referred has already been referred by another person.
- Nurtur Student Living accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Entry Period due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
- Nurtur Student Living reserves the right to limit this offer to prevent unusual use and abuse. Where Nurtur Student Living suspects unusual use or abuse it reserves the right to suspend a customer’s right to the offer.
- These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
- Nurtur Student Living reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time.
