UCAS June 2025 Email Recipient Terms and Conditions: New 2025/26 Bookings

  1. New customers who book a studio with Nurtur Student Living will, subject to these Terms and Conditions, be entitled to a discounted rate on a Classic+ studio on the ground floor, first floor, or second floor, of a north-view aspect.
  2. A discounted rate of £139 per week is available to new direct bookings only at Nurtur House Sheffield quoting the unique discount code provided in the UCAS email.
  3. This offer is only available on Classic+ studios meeting the following criteria: North-facing view aspect, AND on the ground floor, first floor, or second floor of Nurtur House.
  4. The offer will expire when all Classic+ studios with a North-facing view aspect, located on the ground floor, first floor, or second floor of Nurtur House have been booked.
  5. Customers must book a minimum of a 44-week tenancy at Nurtur House Sheffield starting from 6th September 2025.
  6. Bookings made without a valid code will not be eligible to receive benefits of the offer.
  7. The offer is only applicable to the recipient of the UCAS email and is non-transferable.
  8. Where a booking is made under dual occupancy, extra charges will apply.
  9. The offer is issued on a per property basis and is not transferable between NSL properties.
  10. No other promotional codes or claims can be made in addition to the unique UCAS code being applied. No cashback claims are valid on studios booked with the unique UCAS code.
  11. The decision to fulfil the offer is at the absolute discretion of NSL.
  12. The offer is subject to availability, and NSL reserve the right to withdraw, modify or substitute the offer for another with different terms at any time and without notice during this promotion.
  13. Offers do not apply to Tenancy Takeovers.
  14. Management will not be liable for any loss or damages as a result of participating in this incentive.
  15. This offer CANNOT be used in conjunction with any other offer, including cashback offers. Bookings made using the UCAS139 code are only eligible for the reduced rent value, and no other rent deductions.
