You might remember us sharing our shortlist as the Best Small Operator in the UK & Ireland earlier this year, based on feedback you submitted in the housing survey.
We are delighted to update you on news of our win at the awards!
86% of our residents agreed that we care about their wellbeing, compared with the 66% PBSA industry average.
And we received a 92% overall satisfaction level, compared with the 77% PBSA industry average.
